Some restrictions do apply; to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Newfoundland. In the case of these restrictions shipping will be quoted at checkout, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions/concerns.
We offer a range of shipping options to make shopping at Capital Auto Parts as convenient for you as possible.

- On all-packages we offer a signature required upon delivery
NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED:
- Capital Auto Parts will not be liable for any stolen or lost goods due to a signature removal request on any orders.
- A lost package/shipping trace can be opened upon the recipient’s request
- The majority of orders are processed on the following business day
- Once an order is prepared and ready to ship, you will receive a notification with all of your tracking information
- Ontario & Quebec Deliveries typically take 2-5 days including the processing time
- Deliveries outside of Ontario & Quebec can take up to 4-8 business days for delivery, including the processing time
- Upon delivery, please conduct a thorough search of the package(s)
- If any substantial damages are present during your search, please contact us immediately upon receipt
- Once the shipment is refused, please contact us promptly at email@example.com or call us at 613-627-0720
- Once Capital Auto Parts has been contacted, we will process a shipping damage claim and prepare a new shipment
- Once the replacement item has been processed and prepped for shipping, we will contact you to arrange, date, and time for shipping.
- Images will be required to process an RMA return and to file a shipping damage claim, images can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Customers will be charged, or deducted shipping from their refund if they wish to return an item
