Excessive vehicle body roll, banging noises from the front end of the vehicle and uncertain handling can mean the bushings on the sway bar are worn and due for replacement. This universal sway bar bushing kit is made to fit a wide variety of stabilizer bars of several popular diameters. The kit contains one sturdy sway bar bushing bracket designed to match the fit and function of the original equipment bracket, one bushing that fits into the bracket, five rugged inserts that are specially designed to lock into place inside the bushing to securely fit sway bar diameters ranging from 16-24mm, and a time-saving sway bar measuring tape. The bushing and inserts are split to make installation easy. Just remove the old bracket and worn bushing, measure the sway bar diameter using the measuring tape, test-fit the inserts in the kit to choose the one that you need, and securely attach the bracket. Two of these kits will be needed to make a complete repair when both sway bar bushings are worn.
