Application-specific - engineered to match the fit and function of the original front fuel tank crossmember on specified Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 Series trucks
The front crossmember supporting the fuel tank on certain extended- and crew-cab Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 Series trucks can rust, which can spread to the frame and ultimately cause a failed inspection and an unsafe vehicle.
