Cabin filter location # 1 Passenger side under hood and cowl 1 – Open hood 2 – On passenger’s side under the windshield, locate the cabin air filter housing near the cowl 3 – Remove the retaining screw from the cover and remove cover by pulling forward 4 - Remove old filter and replace. Note: On some models (A4) – the passenger side cowl also has to be removed to access the cabin air housing
